Use of Image License:

1. Grant of License Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital image (the "Image") for personal use only. Personal use means the Image may be used for non-commercial purposes, such as personal websites, social media profiles, and printed materials for personal, non-profit use.

2. Restrictions Licensee agrees not to:

• Use the Image for any commercial purpose or in any commercial products or services.

• Modify, edit, or alter the Image in any way beyond personal use (e.g., no selling, sublicensing, or distributing the Image).

• Transfer, assign, or sublicense the Image to any third party.

3. Ownership Licensee acknowledges that the Licensor is the sole owner of the Image and retains all rights, title, and interest in the Image. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to the Licensee.

4. No Warranty The Image is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Licensor does not warrant that the Image will be error-free or that it will meet Licensee’s requirements.

5. Termination Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if Licensee breaches any of the terms herein. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Image and delete any copies in their possession.

6. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA.

7. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

By purchasing and using the Image, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement
